At Havenlofting, we want customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns subject to the terms outlined below.

Before sending any item back, you must first contact us at service@havenlofting.com to request return approval and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in appropriate condition. Products should be unused or reasonably preserved, and whenever possible should include original packaging, accessories, and any included components. Because our products may include delicate materials such as ceramic, wood, or finished metal surfaces, customers should package return items carefully to reduce the risk of transit damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified issue such as a damaged item, defective product, or incorrect item received. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue and provide assistance.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Havenlofting reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy, including unauthorized returns, items returned in unsuitable condition, or returns sent to a location other than the designated return address.
